The filling machines of Series GR 47/31 are supplied in the following standard types: GR47/31 Blower filling machine, meant for filling cushions and pillows where the transport air can pass through the fabric.Capacity: up to 450 kg/h The silo also serves as a storage silo using the blower filling system to transport the volume in the silo to another silo or packaging machine. GR 47/31 Scroll conveyor combined with separator SP 5/750 feeds the silo material into a closed air transport system. Capacity: up to 60 kg/min. GR 47/31 Scroll conveyor with a 425x425 mm filling spout for filling plastic bags. Capacity: up to 60 kg/min. GR 47/31 Mixer silo fitted with a mixer unit in the silo for mixing materials. The mixed materials are discharged through the base section. Maximum volume is 2 silo sections, corresponding to 8.0 m3. Mixer time: approx. 2 min. depending on the materials. The machines may be fitted with several filling spouts, silo alarms, automatic controls and complete pipe installations. Filling is controlled by a foot pedal which is activated during the filling.
